Growing up on a ranch in Wyoming, Jim Miller learned early in life the value of hard work, determination, and integrity. These are traits he has carried with him in his career as a successful trial lawyer. After law school, Jim moved from Laramie to Denver. There, he was fortunate to apprentice with the famous criminal defense lawyer, Walter Gerash. At the Gerash law firm, Jim learned about the courtroom and jury trials and how to fight for justice. Soon, Jim Miller established his own practice representing businesspeople and industrious folks, like the people he grew up with. As his reputation grew, Jim was invited to become a partner at large national firms where he became a leading trial lawyer. Jim is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, The Trial Lawyer Honorary Society, and a member of the Trial Law Institute and Diversity Law Institute. Jim qualifies as a Barister in the Order of Justitia.
